I'm sorry that my posts have been sporadic as of late. We lost power at our house Monday night and only 10 minutes ago did it finally come back on.
We were generously hosted by my in-laws and by sister's family. It was such a strange thing to be without a home for a week.
Our situation was nowhere nearly as dire as some on the East Coast. Some damage was done to the house, but nothing that appears dire. We have been very blessed.
I will return to our regularly scheduled blogging soon.
Please keep in your prayers all those who are still without power and are still suffering because of Hurricane Sandy.
