Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse was such a delightful suprise for me. Miles Morales is kind of a bore in the comics, so seeing him shine in this film was unexpected and fun. Everything about that movie clicked so that even the strange animation style and the utter absurdity of the some of the different Spider-Men did not take away from the action and the drama of the film. It truly is one of the best Spider-Man films around.
With that in mind, I am very curious about this sequel. This teaser focused a lot more on the personal drama of Miles growing up. From what I'm gathering, we are going to see a gathering of Spider-Men from all across the multiverse, but that there is a corruption from the inside. It looks like they are making Spider-Man 2099 to be the main villain, which I am not crazy about. But there is very little offered here, but it is only a teaser.
