Rifftrax Live

I was a huge fan of Mystery Science Theatre 3000.  For those who are unfamiliar, it was a show where the main characters would watch a bad movie and make jokes about it the entire time.

After the show was cancelled, a few of the writters started Rifftrax, where they make audio tracks that you can buy and listen to them make fun of some of your favorite movies (see http://www.rifftrax.com/)

Well, every year or so they do a live Rifftrack in the theater.  Last year they did Jack the Giant Killer

I almost passed out, I was laughing so hard.  It wasn't just that it was funny, but I think comedy is amplified when you share it.  A crowd laughing makes something funnier than if you are by yourself (I think I'll write on this later).

Anyway, tickets are now onsale for another Rifftrax live showing.  This time they will be riffing what many call the worst film ever:  "Manos" the Hands of Fate (click title for link to tickets)

Most cities should have at least one theater that will show it.  The tickets are pricier than regular evening shows, but cheaper than 3D.

Rifftrax:  Some movies have it coming!
